the robot does not stay connected to the wifi...keeps disconnecting....very problematic

I bought this little bot to play with my cats and annoy my kids while I worked. It does the job wonderfully. The cats love to chase it around and the kids hate that I can wake them up while I'm at work.
When asking EBOT a command be precise in wording as it will keep trying over and over to do it !
